SOUTH AFRICA POLICE SERVICES

I have phoned 4 times to get assistance from the police because I have an emergency with a drug addict threatening to **** myself and my ****. We women are alone, frightened and afraid to even speak loud. This guy is traumatizing us and the police can't care enough to show up and lock this guy up. What type of country do we live in? Justice is not served because our policemen don't care about us they care about gangsters that are shooting 3ach other dead rather than helpless women asking for assistance and assurance to be safe. It is disturbing and disgusting how little we mean. I phoned 4 times for them to tell me they on there way its been 3 hours and this is life in South Africa so I say thank you for no service provided. I say thank you cape Town I pay taxes for no safety service rendered. How can people be so inconsiderate. I had to stay out of work because of this situation I lose money because my safety is more important but that rule doesn't apply to ATHLONE POLICE STATION.
