So we can never get government institutes right?

I don't know why I'm even disappointed because what is expected of any government institute anyway? I am a public servant myself yet I am very much cautious of how I treat the public.

In two occasions I visited the SAPS in Sandringham, the first time it was for a police clearance (I was harshly told they can never print a copy of my I.D even when I explained I do not have the means of getting it done immediately while I could even see the copy machine and my finger prints were done so heistly and no directions as to which office to go to next ) I mean where does one get all this information?

The second incident was when I needed to get an affidavit done. I was tossed with a affidavit form and the police officer gave me a rude starre and a long lecture as to why I can't use her pen, mind you I've had my affidavits done there with no issues. Eventually she turned me away to go get my own pen( there is sanitizer's why can't we get the pens sanitised?)

In these two occasions I couldn't complete the process because of a mere pen and photo copy. Is it lack of resources or just sheer disrespect ?

I know nothing will be done when it comes to government institutes but I'm just putting this out there.
