SMH... USELESS

<p>so my husband and I went to report a case of theft under false pretenses and we were turned down by the Station Commander saying that 'there is no such thing you must got pay a lawyer for a court case' this ...after a colonel and a captain assured us that we can open a case. We paid Bongani Fassie of Fassie records to produce a song, he took the money and never gave us the song. how is this not theft????? is our police competent at all? or are they ****** ? or are they lazy? this is the impression our people get from the police and after my experience i understand why </p>
