slapgat attitude from honeydew police

I went in early this morning to report incident because I called Honeydew police station probably about twenty times on three different numbers. The female officer who "assisted" me had no idea on how to proceed or advise me which legal steps to take. So she left me sitting for about twenty minutes while she went looking for someone to help her. When I inquired as to what is happening,she became arrogant and sarcastic. Is it a language barrier or just plain incompetency,coupled with attitude!!? I avoided an argument,and left. I spoke to an officer from another precinct and he he will attend to the matter.
