Sinoville SAPS absolutely disgusting service

I was involved in an accident in October 2020. The Sinoville SAPS submitted an incorrect accident report. I approached them to ammend and the second one was also incorrect. Finally 7 months later they recorded the correct AR. Due to their incompetence and negligence the person responsible for the accident has refused to pay for the damage he has caused. We've suffered huge financial, emotional distress caused by this. I've laid a complaint but this too is being ignored. Due to this we have lost income, gone hungry, lost our accommodation 3 times this year, unable to meet financial obligations and the list continues.
