Shy to be Proudly South African

Hi

I am very disappointed in our police services. I am waiting an hour for someone to come out to my suburb. This is REALLY pathetic! I am proudly South African but the servie you people give I cannot even speak of. I dont want to rate you a one star. You must actually be a zero star for your service. This upsets me highly. What if this was an emergency like a burglary??? I would have been dead by now.
