Shocking service delivery

Midrand - party’s, racing, drunken driving … No action!!! Took a video off a ******** *****ing cables on a net light - our block has no street lights - nothing happens… the person calling is clearly this irritant. This team is not what it was - more a contributor and possibly facilitating than law officials We are onto you as a community, let’s get resolution that serves everyone else let’s get improvement to mitigate crime
