Service failure.. cator manor police station

I am disgusted with @catormanorplicestation. @sapoliceservice_za @bhekiicele ... my son and his friends were ****** at gun point on Monday outside the school gate.. My son and 1 of his friends were injured. My son was hurt so bad I had to call an ambulance. Police came to the scene. And community managed to get 1 of the guy who was robbing our kids.. they took him "arrested" my son and his friends went to the police station 5 times they said no case was open and noone can assist them. They must come back at 6pm which they did again another story.. case not open. Wednesday morning I personally took time offf from work spent close to R500 on transport within 4 days.. between me and my son going up and down the #Catormanorpolicestation. I went and I was advised the cops who came to the scene MADE A MISTAKE AND FORGOT TO OPEN THE CASE..they can not open the case since they were not there. today again my son and his friends go back they are told they can not open a case.. @sapoliceservice_za is this the kind of service we are getting? Is this right baba @bhekiicele . I am drained my son is injured but he must go to police station everyday.he is writing exams by the way.Before I take this further I need to know why the cops of cator manor police station in Durban did not open a case tell me how they work. This is unacceptable.. KINDLY SHARE UNTIL SOMEONE HELP ME AND MY SON I AM BEGGING YOU THIS COULD BE UR KID 1 DAY.
