Sergeant Rachidi a disgrace to public servants!!

I went to the Crystal Park Police station to request assistance and was served by sergeant Rachidi who told me that he is a sergeant and will do whatever he pleases at a time that it suitable to him. This Sergeant Rachidi needs to undergo training so he can understand what it means to be a public servant. As an officer of the law, you are there to assist, not to raise your voice at civilians and tell them that you are a sergeant and you do as you please whenever you want. Utterly disgraceful!! !
