SAPS - You're not SERVING

On the 19th AUGUST 2021 I app**** for a police clearance certificate which took all day to apply for, as one had to join queues all day, and be sent from pillar to post. TODAY, after countless emails and calls and messages SENT to SAPS BOOYSENS, I have not gotten word of where my application is.!!! The landline to the station DOES NOT WORK and NO ONE IN THE POLICE STATION even bothers responding to emails, after I have sent emails EVERY SINGLE DAY.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has to assist, whatever happened to SERVE....AND PROTECT.???????? Not even the Station Commander has responded to my query of the application, Not PRETORIA - where the applications are sent, NO ONE, is this fair.?????????
