SAPS - You don't SERVE and you DON'T protect

App**** AND paid for a police clearance certificate in early August. To date, NO sms, NO certificate, NO assistance from ANYONE at the SAPS. I was then called to REDO my fingerprints about a week ago, and even thereafter, NO feedback. I have sent emails to the station commander, the employees of the SAPS, it's apparently NOBODY's job and NO ONE can give me feedback. I was, however, told to go to Pretoria and ask about it, yes, you guessed it, that's it, just 'go to Pretoria' it's NOT OUR PROBLEM. Is there ANYONE who can assist me.?????????????????? PLEASE
