On the 10th September 2021 I went with my friend to Bethal police station to get an affidavit for his lost drivers license at about 21:30, and on our way back home we had an accident, both our cars where drivable and we got to the police station at 22:00 to report the matter and open the case for my insurance purposes , the police officers who were on duty said its curfew they can't help us. The next morning we when to the police station and found the captain who also violated our right also by refusing that we open a case for the policemen who intimidated us and refused us the right to open a case
