SAPS Vehicle Clearance Officials(LENASIA) are not HELPING US!!!

I was hijacked on 29 December 2018 and my car was recovered the next day, 30 Dec 2018. The car was released from Van Rhyan Depo in Benoni. A couple of weeks ago I went to the licence department to renew my vehicle disk and I was told that my car is still showing ****** on their systems. I was told to go to the SAPS Vehicle Clearance Centre in Lenasia, when I got there I was then told to go to Randfontein licence department to get a RPC documents, got the documents and went back to SAPS Vehicle Clearance Centre in Lenasia, when I got there we were told that their systems are offline. The people who are supposed to help with clearing vehicles were ONLY helping the border-clearance people. The officials there even went overboard by using their own cars to go somewhere where their system are online. The people who were there for ****** and recovered were left without being attended. This is UNFAIR treatment from those officials, seems like there's some bribery involved there!!! I've been going to SAPS Vehicle Clearance Centre in Lenasia for 3 days now and still NO ONE has assisted me with clearing my car.
