SAPS uninterested in man locked in public Toilet overnight

3 Shifts and 6 individuals could not assist my partner and I when we reported a gentleman locked in the bathrooms at Blouberg beach at 6pm the Sunday evening. Later that evening two staff members were extremely rude to me and put the phone down on me. This morning after 2 phone calls with no assistance, I reached an officer who gave his name but refused to give his badge number. This when SAPS want us to teach our children that the Police are here to help us. As the teacher of little children, I no longer have faith that this is so.
