SAPS unhelpfull and bad attitude

Hi<br> <br> I have app**** for my 1st firearm lisence on 08/09/2015 and was approved on 17/12/2015. They still have not printed my card until date ( 09/12/2015 ). I have phone numerous times and mailed *** and received no reply or any helpfull( positive ) information. They just tell me to wait and that's it. My father has renewed his lisence and has waited over a year and still no card cause they lost it 3 times so far.<br> <br> Please help.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> JF ******tse
