SAPS ******* CAPT WELCH

There is a Captain by the name of Welch who is a *****. He has taken my stuff harassed me, **** to me I have proof of all of this. Our south African security are gone to the dogs. This man has been using my stuff which he confiscated from me. He only gave back half of my stuff. I have been accused and put to jail, got ally devices to the value over 100k taken away only for the case to be dropped and when they return my goods its not even the same thing. This is our government and our SAPS. PATHETIC
