SAPS standard of service

Utterly disgusted in the standard of service, All i need is a copy of my statement that I reported at the police station. I have been sent from pillar to post now for the last two weeks backwards and forwards with no one to help, after tracking down the person that is responsible for my case I don't get helped. all I need is a copy of my statement but that is too much to ask!
