Saps soshanguve

I have since opened a case of ***** last year June against a so called Salphriet Rachabedi. He was found by the Soshanguve police (Constable Monyeki) at Olieven.The Constable told me they couldn't arrest the guy because he is just a drunkard. The guy told the police that he gave his capitec card to a Nigerian guy because he (Rachabedi) was not using it. He knew exactly what was going on when he gave the Nigerian his card. The last time I heard from the police was that the case is referred for decision on prosecution to Senior Public Prosecutor on 19th May 2021.Since then I have sent an email to *** but still no response.
