Saps sindicate together with house of justice

I good day In 2019 I done several jobs in different cars ,supp**** goods and some odds and ends for one person only, OWNER (very honest business man!!!!!!) Due to hearing so many excuses from owner and refused to show eft payment proof and I stop any further repairs and retain his last car. I insisted in payment because we never received any sms from bank, I was worried because is not my account and bank gave me a warning previously. But the owner of cars knew is not my account,knew I m not allowed to use it, but in our agreement for him to get computer and other things he was suppose to settle my pays and *****ed me saying already paid into bank account again. Months later after the baby born started enquired about the outstanding work! I said I don,t have chance I,m a day mother and night for little baby and his mother had to go back work. Than He bought the car to me and I said money first for all parts and labour, deal went GOOD I took the car and bring other to fix, small amount I fixed the right side cv, other car i fixed starter, now i need to fix left cv in other car usual, than i had to fix headlights because they damage them changing globes,now want adjustments in other car and I done in order to get paid in once, was not only adjustments, the noise is making was coming from a gear box due to no oil AGAIN and not from brakes like He said, refused for 3 years to have the box repaired. Now I started hearing he paid to fix the bmw and I never service engen oil, paid for suspension, engen parts,body parts, and said oil still good but I had bought air filter already and I charged him. Never paid and start swearing me and threaten in kill me when I said car be retained till payments and proof of payment previous to the bank. Send a friend with gun threaten me without money and wants the car by force. I chased him away due to no money, later come again and I ask for money and was no money. Owner started threaten me again and went to my baby mother work threaten her usual. SHE TOLD HIM TO PAY ME AND TAKE HIS CAR. SAPS said I can,t open any case is a verbal agreement. SAPS come with him 17 of july 2020 threaten me in arrest me and 9 months baby too ( corona time) if I don,t release the car. They refused to serve him a small claim court letter and trow it in floor. I asked SAPS to wait till baby mother come,baby can,t be taken to station or elsewhere without mother knowlodgement. THEY TRESPASSE PROPERTY AND BROKE HOUSE DOOR. this time comunity jumped and unknowed SAPS RUN AWAY FROM DOING RIGHT THING!!!!! 10111 TOLD ME THEY THERE TO DO RIGHT THING. verbal agreement now not counting, was a civil matter but SAPS with no jurisdiction ATTACKED US and cause malicious damage of property. I COMPLAINED TO PROVINCIAL HEAD OFFICE THAN TO IPID THAN TO HANKS NOW TO NACIONAL HEAD OFFICE eventually I manage to open a ************ case in order to open next *****,malicious damage of property,assault, life threatening and baby abuse, GUESS ONVESTIGATORS ARE DOING NOTHING, I find out owner of car and His advocate are with big personal relation and captured everyone with FALSE ALEGATIONS ME AND HIM EXCHANGED VIA SMS ABOUT MONEY WAS OWING ME. LATER IN COURT SAYS HIS NOT AWARE OF WORK DONE IN HIS CARS. HIS NOT HIS CARS THE CAR I RETAIN I BEEN PAID ALREADY AND HE DON,T KNOW WHY I NEVER FIXED, I ASKED PROOF AND NEVER GAVE TO ME. OPEN A CASE SUEING ME FOR DAMAGES ,NOW SAYING WAS GOING TO PAY. IN COLECTION He was notified verbally and by sms usual about money he owes me. (Never meet face to face, only inside court) I told saps he threaten in kill me when I said I,ll retain the car till get my pay. He send sms threaten me in report me to saps and home affairs. Threaten my baby mother usual,saps doing nothing and court. In court suddenly I been paid CASH other jobs is not aware at all!!!! Other cars is not his!!!! The Hyundai bakkie not saying is not his because I stopped and call saps again to remove my starter, told me was not right and driver confirmed never had problem again since OPEN A CASE NE AND MY 9 MONTHS BABY WAS THERE HIHACKING HIS DRIVER AND INSULTED HIM!!!! If I raised my voice baby it started crying terrible that time Baby since parents problems and mother they know it I don,t gave money for *******ed lawyers usual, I was taken for a ride with them strait away. I reported all over but *******ion is so well organized became strongly difficult for me to brake their chain and get fair, honest, JUSTICE. Even WORSHIP,MAGISTRATE ARE IN, I'm not allowed to say a WORD, they all framing me. They find out I don,t have money and try to attach my boy mother assets and even her brother Food trailer. Never been mine at all.
