SAPS Secunda, no service.

Today 10-02-2023, I went to SAPS Secunda to certify documents that I had to send to the DMR, first there was a thin officer that assisted me, he said that I could not recertify documents and that I needed new documents to certify. I stated that I had copies, so he said that I had to arrange them to certify, it took me some time because it was more than 30 pages, so he left and did not come back. After I arranged everything, I wanted the female police officer to help me, but she was ignoring me, after I raised my voice when asking again, she just shrugged and then proceeded to help everyone else, then I moved the documents over to her and she started to treat me like I am a dunce, which I am not. She made excuses like, "I cant help you, because the copy is not clear" and it was relitively clear to read everything. I told her that they are just making excuses so I will go to another police station where they will help me, and they did help me. So I am very disgusted in our police services in Secunda.
