Saps Rustenburg

We experienced such poor service from the Rustenburg Saps. We called and tried to report an incident and were given such poor service, the police officers on the phone kept on laughing at us and telling us that "us" people from Pretoria we think we are better we know it all. They hang up the phone and told us to come with the Minister of Police Bheki Cele. How are we suppose to report cases when police officers especially women police officers giving us such poor service. I'm really appalled at the service I received after the trauma I had experienced and was trying to report which I never got the chance to report.
