SAPS Poor Service Delivery

It is literally going for EIGHT MONTHS since I made application for a firearm competency certificate. I know that this pandemic has disrupted the workings of many organisations. Despite that, I find this kind of delay mind-boggling and senseless. Mind you, I still have to apply for the actual firearm license!
