SAPS pathetic service

I app**** for a police clearance certificate at saps Nelspruit, i was in formed the process takes 6-8 weeks, its been well over 2 months now and still it isnt ready. Ive sent numerous emails to no avail, Ive tried to call the head office in pretoria but no one answers. The service is pathetic and it is affecting my life now as i need to go overseas soon for work purposes. I will be absolutely astonished if someone replies to this.
