SAPS must pay my R500 bail back

I'm currently unemployed today due to SAPS. SAPS captured me in a case of clown card and i lost my job due to that. After 10 years they gave me a letter of captured incorrectly. I was arrested for passing a pedestrian robot that was not working in 2016 even today the robot is still not working. I paid bail of R500 in 2016. 2024 when my case closed, I realized that my bail money was not recorded to the police station even paid to court. But I still have proof of my bail. I want my bail back of R500 as I even lost my work due to this case SAPS failed me and destroyed big time
