SAPS Moot Refuse to open case

My elderly mother went to Moot Police Station in Pretoria on Saturday 9 March 2024 at approximately 9;15 to open a harassment case against a man that is threatening her life - none of the officers on duty were prepared to open a case or even give her a statement that they are refusing to assist. I am placing on record that the constable had no respect for her or her plight.
