SAPS KRAAIFONTEIN NEED NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD GO TO THE STREETS

This is the worst public service department. This goes for the Kraaifontein office. Omgg, what a bunch of public service servants, who do not know, or no want to do a day's honest work. I reported a crime on Sunday 20th November 2020 at around 08h00. The woman Sargeant Fortuin, was a breath of fresh air in taking down my complaint. She made me feel that I'm important and had sympathy with my loss and discomfort. She promised that a detective will be assigned to the case, who then will contact me the next day, in the light of being a Sunday when I reported the crime. I will also receive a case number later the day. This happened at 15h00 Sunday 20th November 2022. The case number :Cas 753/11/2022,was communicated to me. The detective was a Serg. SY LOAPE. This was good and happy news to me. A happiness of short-lived. At 15h05,i received another message from Saps. This message informed me that all leads were followed up, and the case closed. Docket will be reopened upon new leads. How on earth can a detective investigate a crime, and followed up all leads, clearing a crime scene, without, visiting the crime scene. Looking for leads, that the ********* have left behind. This within 5 minutes. This detective is unbelievable in his, her investigation method. So much so, that I, a military veteran collected evidence at the crime scene, left behind, by the *********. This was done on advice from the Serg Fortuin. This speaks volumes of the management of Kraaifontein Saps, which has such a high crime rate in this area. The ****** rate in this area is sky high, but the success rate very low. Saps should do something about the management of this office. So One can make a statement, that Kraaifontein is being run by *********, while saps is turning a blind eye. Saps Western Cape, has now prove, that, good cops and outstanding detectives get killed and ********* gets protection, by service stations like the Kraaifontein center.
