SAPS is useless

I opened car theft case it took 2 weeks before it got allocated, in the meantime I had additional information I wanted to provide but couldn’t since there was no one responsible for the case , I went to the station (ENNERDALE) 3 times on all occasions I was told the station commander is either tied up in meetings or not available I was then referred to Protea Glen Police station. I went to see head of detectives after a Mr Mazibuko told me he cannot follow on additional information I provided. Police are useless, Ennerdale is the worst A week later when I followed up with Protea I was told Mr Mazibuko’s superior is away on leave, to date I don’t know what is happening to my case
