SAPS is TOPS

A few weeks ago I went to the Police station in Plettenberg Bay to have my police clearance done. The station was beautifully clean and neat, there was a long line that was helped by 4 very active police personnel and they were really friendly! I was truly amazed by there assistance and friendliness between each other - it was one of the best "customer experiences" I've ever had!

I wish I could remember their names

The lady who at the end took my payment advised me clearly that it will take long and prepared me for the waiting period. To my surprise, many weeks before I thought I would get it back, they phoned to say that my clearance had returned and is ready for collection.

Plett Police Service - you guys are all amazing and I just want to say that if that is the level of service that you always give, the country deserves more of YOU. I feel safe knowing my mom and brothers live in that town.
