SAPS is really in a mess.

it was a very disappointing and embarrassing moment,at the heart of Madlanga Commission and Parliament-Adhoc committee to see SAPS members (Langa visible policing-as per the branding on the police van) drunk as hell at Petro's, Belgravia rd,CapeTown on the 7th of April 2026 at around 20:00, in full uniform with a state vehicle. only after I approach one of them in a very polite manner, they both went to the car and sent their sober junior colleague to collect their order.
