SAPS - *****ing items from the public

I would like to write a review about the SAPS, on Sunday 11th of February around 00h05 early hours of the morning, I was stopped by the SAPS and pulled me over, they were doing patrol on Modderfontein on the off ramp to Tembisa from Greenstone side, they stopped and searched my car I'm driving an Opel Corsa utility, at the back I had my Camp Master Savannah Director Chair Plus Cooler, and a separate cooler at the back that had my flask and 6pack of Hunters extreme, one of the guys came to my drivers side and the other one was just roaming around started asking me a few questions if I'm drunk, we had a long chat then they let me go after giving them a R50, I then drove to my surprised they followed me again and they started harassing me, I had to humble myself and asked for an apology, I stopped on Allandale off ramp to pee, I noticed all my belongings that were at the back off my bakkie are missing, I then drove back to look for them unfortunately they were not there, the other van appeared from nowhere they asked why I'm parking there I told them the story that I'm looking for their colleagues who stopped me and took my staff, they just laughed at me drove off, I tried to take the registration number but I must have taken it incorrectly BJV 130 B or BVJ 130 B, I think that are is under Norkem Park Police Station, please kindly assist me in getting to the bottom of this if you can, these cops are ********s and we are not safe around them.
