SAPS George AND Knysna can't even be bothered to do their job

I needed to open a case for theft of furniture from a furnished house. The tenant also stole a set of keys for one of my cars when he left. He has been a legal problem to me for some time, but, when i tried to explain the story to the brigadier at Knysna SAPS he spoke to me like I was a child and told me to go file a case in George (where I live, and the theif also now lives there too, but the theft occurred from a house in Knysna) because it sounded too complicated to bother dealing with and dismissed me.

So I filed a case with Colonel Moses at SAPS in George, and friends came to file harrassment cases at rbe same time against the guy. Col Moses took all our statements and hr even called this guy and asked him to bring my keys he admitted he had to the station so they could be returned to me.

That was 3 weeks ago. The harassment orders, all urgent applications, still have not gone in front of the courts. Col Moses just stopped answering the phone. My case got opened then immediately transferred back to Knysna. Sargent Mbengo was very helpful at first, she called the ***** and told him he needed to return my stuff to me by the following Monday or she would come arrest him.

The guy didn't do that so I phoned the Sargent 830am on the Tuesday to inform her. She said she would phone him, and that's the last I heard from her because since then she has been on leave and wont be back until Monday, a full week after this guys original deadline.

No one else at the station would help today because she didn't tell anyone about needing to arrest this guy before going on leave. So I contacted him myself and talked him into dropping my keys off at the George Police station. He did this, but no one there bothered to arrested him for not returning ****** goods as instructed to by a police officer

I literally convinced the guy to take himself to the police station and identify himself to them as a wanted theif, and still they didn't arrest him. Unbelievable.
