SAPS- Fail to serve and protect

<p>Yesterday afternoon I called the police after a customer used our services and refused to pay, when the police arrived they were aquintances with the suspect. Me and my staff members explained the situation and the police officers laughed at us and told us that 'the guy did not commit a crime it is the same like when you go to the shop and eat the items inside and walk out, no crime in that'. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
