SAPS fail to react to a very suspect situation

Tonight I was driving home down East Road Morningside, and noticed 2 men in the street walking a distance behind 2 women. As I turned the corner I and my girlfriend (travelling in a car behind me) both suspected something was up. We turned around and drove up to the women. I asked if they were ok and they said no. As I was nearing a dead end I felt I needed to turn around for my own safety. During this time I had called SAPS to report the situation and they said they would dispatch a vehicle. I then decided to drive aroudn to the road beyond the dead end to where they were heading. At this point I noticed the women began to run. I drove around to the other side and no SAPS vehicle was in sight. I called again and they said \Hold on"and hung up. I then found the women and asked again if they were ok and they said no we are going to Alex. And then the bolted up to what appeared to be the men. I can only suspect they were now under duress. I called the cops again. The cops then proceeded to ask me where the incident was"
