Saps embarrassment

I was at mogwase police station then assisted by a man called MALAPILE then the old man came and assist also,he was asking me questions the i answered.then he was speaking loud telling people why i was there what i am doing.like i was embarrassed because that is a very bad service.i ask him the names so that i can knw who was helping me then he refused telling me that he was just volunteering so i must not ask him questions he was just rude and shouting forgetting that he was at work thats unprofessional and we end up on shouting each other.
