SAPS contact numbers are USELESS.!!!!!!!!!

I opened a case of theft on the 26th of March 2024, and I was advised that i wasn't going to receive a case number together with the contact details of the investigating officer, till date (30March 2024) haven't received any feedback. I tried calling the station that assisted me to open a case to my surprise their telephone number doesn't exist, tried calling the Parktown Provincial number it also doesn't exist, the station commanders' line just rings without answer, the vispol commanders' number doesn't exist as well, the national (head office) number rings without answer. Tried calling the 10111 they unfortunately cannot transfer. The SAPS call center is ****** useless you cannot even get through to a ****** agent!
