SAPS Clearance threw away my certificate

<p>Good day to you, I have made an application for a saps clearance a few months ago and paid quite enough to do so, my application was finalized the beginning of March, that means that it's ready for collection, as i sent it through a courier i paid for them to pick it up for me, every time they go there they say the SAPS cant find it and now more than a month ago the courier told me that the Police actually told them that they, the SAPS has lost my certificate, I have tried emailing the SAPS Clearance office and phoning but all to no avail, i simply never get through on that phone number and they just ignore my emails, i have even went to the police station where i started the whole application and they simply just say that they cant do anything about it, it is the SAPS clearance office in Pretoria's problem, I stay in PMB and cant afford it just to go down to PTA and try and resolve this myself, The Police really are not helping people and they are rude and i needed my SAPS clearance and nobody wants to help me, it seems now that the South African Police system is failing the people and is a matter of a fact not giving people their SAPS clearance to keep them in South Africa??? Please HELLOPETER can you help me??? I Have tried everything??? My email is *** and the SAPS REF NO: 2016/68099. If you go on their website it still says that my Certificate is ready for collection but it now seems to me that they intentionally through it away</p>
