SAPS carletonville town

I was mistreated by Buhle's driving school in carletonville in the presence of a police officer who also mistreated me in front of them. Police officer TJ Hlaodi accompanied to Buhle's driving school today because they were giving me a hard time to refund me my money for driving lessons, reason for wanting a refund is because they have been making excuses every time they had to service me with the driving lessons. Officer Hlaodi yelled and reprimanded me in front of them every time I reacted to the driving school people's disrespectful remarks and manner of approach. The driving school owner yelled at me and when I defended myself the officer would also join in telling me to keep quiet,like I'm not allowed to express my disappointment or an intolerance for disrespect from them. He gave those people so much power that even the driving school owner said she won't pay me back right in front of the police officer and his main focus was on me, not them, if I react he was quick to reprimand me. As he and I walked back to the police station in carletonville town, he said to me i won't get my money back because I'm supposed to be quiet and humble to the driving school people in order to get my money back, he said even when i feel disrespected, i must just take it for the sake of getting my money back. He was very biased. The driving school owner even had the audacity to drive past us as the officer and i were walking back to station, she nonchalantly yelled out "hi" & "bye" as an indication of further disrespect and to gloat about how she got away with it.
