SAPS call centre agent

Good Day

On the 25th of January 2021 11h54 I dialed 112 SAPS emergency hotline. I was putten through to the Vosloorus police department and then I was disrespected by an agent who refused to give me his name and surname. Please listen to the conversation and tell me if its the right way to address a South Africa citizen. He sounded indian and had arrogance telling me that he will not listen to my nonsense. I need a written letter of appology from him. He muted the called after I requested a station commander from the Vosloorus Police Station.

I plea that someone gets back to as soon as possible on ***.
