SAPS Burgersfort not doing their job

I am not happy with the case I logged with SAPS in Burgersfort. I got armed ****** with my brother, my whole salary & my belongings I had were taken, there're links on getting/fetching the suspect as they withdrawn the money on the Tubatse Crossing ATMS, I have opened a case as this happened on the 24th June, Unfortunately the case was closed without any investigation done, bank confirmed that, I contacted the police station checking the update on my case but I didn't get any help, instead I just got the message that my case is closed. What makes me so sad is that this past weekend I saw three different scenarios of people getting robed infront of my eyes there @ Boxer & Chikanos. So this seems to be happening every Saturday & Sunday(This is according to the hawkers infront of Boxer). So to me I feel like taking the law to my hands because the law doesn't help at all here. It useless to report the case as it doesn't get investigated. This is so painful guys to be gunpoint & to see this also happening infront of your eyes after you had experienced the same situation
