SAPS BLOEMFONTEIN

I went to open a case at the police station yesterday and have been waiting for the case number till now. When I call to request the case number the guy that answered the phone tells me that their system is offline and I need to be patient.I explaianed how important it is for me to get the case number then he had a nerve of telling me that my case is not important. They have more important cases/dockets that are not yet opened and I need to wait.
