Rudeness and Pathetic Customer service

The officer who answered the call at Athlone SAPS at 12:45 was very rude. How do you tell a customer not to get all worked up due to their bad service last night and then just hang up the phone after arguing with me under which jurisdiction we fall! What incompetence and pathetic customer service from people who are supposed to serve and protect you
