rude response

what a rude lady from Boksburg police station just now 9:17am when i called and ask if they will they able to help to certify my ID as i'm at work and she kept telling me the rules that i'm aware of and that i know of. she doesn't have a good customer service and she doesn't deserve to work for a community.
