RUDE POLICE OFFICER AT VANDERBIJLPARK POLICE STATION

I am writing this to express my utter disgust and disappointment of the appalling service my father received from a police officer from the Vanderbijlpark Police Station in Gauteng. Her name is Sergeant Masoane, she dismally failed to practice the Batho Pele principles, as she really lacked courtesy. My dad went there to the police station on the 20th of September 2021, to open a ***** case, and her response was "How come you did not see that this was a **** when you are this old" she said it in Sesotho. She dehumanised my dad by crushing his dignity by embarrassing him with that statement in front of everyone. I wrote to the SAPS complaints division, and have still not received any response
