Rude and ******** SAPS Officer Thozama Mgobo (SAPS Durbanville Cape Town

I am appalled and disgusted by how one of your officer Thozama Mgobo treated my mother and I this morning at SAPS in Durbanville (Cape Town)

My mother had a document that needed to be stamped and signed by a Commissioner of Oaths,the officer was not interested in helping us instead she was rude, ********, arrogant and annoyed. I’m not saying she should be overly friendly but the decent thing to do when people walk in at a police station is to greet and ask how she can help, we did not get that at all, instead she was annoyed that my mother did not sign the affidavit at home but isn’t one suppose to sign it in their presence. What shocked me further was that she didn’t even ask for proof of identity before stamping and signing the document.

My mother is a pensioner and this is the only SAPS we have in Durbanville lastly we stay in the area I wouldn’t want my mother to travel far to get good service and the help she desperately needed. Is this how SAPS treat elderly people ?

Officer Thozama Mgobo is giving Durbanville SAPS a bad name if she will continue treating people with so much disrespect.
