Rude and Arrogant Sergeant Mgobo (SAPS Durvanville)

We've always had a pleasant experience at the Durvanville Police Station with swift friendly service except for today. Upon our arrival the sergeant at the desk just looked up but did not acknowledged us or greeted us but continued being on her phone. We only needed help with an affidavit but was treated very poorly for no reason as she clearly didn't want to help us.I was appalled and disgusted by her reaction & when my husband took down the stations contact details she challenged him & ask if she can give him all her details because she can see he's not happy with her service, if it can even be called service because that was far from it. Then she even said we can complain to who ever we want she doesn't care!She even went further & tried to intimidate us by taking a picture of my personal details on my Affidavit on her personal phone. And said if we complain she will take it further! The other police officer tried to defend her poor attitude by saying we are not the first people to be offended or get upset due to her attitude & it's only because we don't know her & she's actually a quiet person!? To put it in her words: "Must I greet every person that walk through this door, why do you feel so special?". This behaviour and attempt at intimidating members of the public by a police sergeant as well as the level of unprofessionalism is shocking! She obviously believes that no matter the review she will not be held accountable for her appalling behaviour.
