rude and abusive police

hello today the police from Phoenix Plaza police station came to arrest brother and they went with him and we followed them when we got to the police station the police was beating my brother up soon as we came he stoped and pretended like his not i then took a video as my brother was crying claiming that this police has been hitting him they are verry rude and what they are doing is against the law so I would like you guys to assist on this I have a video that I made and I posted it on YouTube it's there as well
