Resignation still pending

I'm really frustrated on how things are handled at SAPS head offices. I've been calling for the past 6 weeks and no answer and if they do I don't get direction and there will be too much noise on a background. <br> <br> In a nutshell my brother(Linda D Ndzakama - No:***-1) is been applying for a transfer from Cape town to Eastern Cape for the past 4 years and it's been decline and eventually he resigned begging(January) of this year. In July he wrote an Assessment in East London for the re-application of Police and he did well but they told him that they can't appoint him because he's still on the SAPS system. I've been following it up, sending Z894 forms up until it got to this last department and I'm not sure why it got stuck there. When I called ***- *** they said they received the forms beginning of November I must call Major Molefe and I can't get hold of him.<br> <br> I'm so fedup now because I only want them to clear my brother on the system so that he can be re-appointed and the re-appointments are expiring end of December 15. I'm supporting my brother financially and that why I'm so forward and what him to get the job back<br> <br> Hope to get considerable response
