Refusing to open a valid case

You guys are lazy and do nothing but make sure lunch is take on time. The head detective of springs (duke) basically told me fly a kite when trying to open a case, he said he will close it immediately once it reaches his desk, arrogant a**hole, did even look the the evidence I brought him, now I have to take the person to court and it will cose me, why the h*ll must I pay taxes for his salary, c*ke. No reason why he would not open it but he had enough time for lunch. I would rather give my tax money to private investigators they do the job right and have more resources. Saps are ****** and just look for bribes.
