Recruiting scandal

Hi I would like to complain about Mr Ian Pillay who is in charge of recruitment in the South African police service in Umlazi. Firstly Ian doesn't give correct feed back to applicants, which is *****. I was called to do a test and I passed it than I was called to do a physical test which I also passed. I was also called for an interview which I paased. than I was called to fill in some forms and had to fill in my banking details and stuff. than I was invited to do a medical test. I had done everything and passed but at the end I was not called for training and no one has answers but others have already left for training. Why wasn't I selected since I had passed everything? I have heard rumours that Mr Pillay takes bribes from other applicants, that's the only reason I can think of as to why some people don't get called for training yet they had passed everything.
