After i have laid a complaint to CTES they send me a sms. The complaint was about my neighbours which has Drug use family members at the back of the yard. They are living in wendy houses. These ****s are *****ing Fibre pipes from our community which the Fibre company are busy installing fibre in our area to better our circumstance's. Alot of people are working from Home due to the pandemic with **** internet speeds. They are *****ing electrical/Fibre wooden rolls not sure from where and dragging into their property number 30 hennie Fortuin Crescent with a Red Tuckshop painting in front.

The complaint has been closed with no police presence.
